Block Orkut, Facebook, MySpace websites
1. Goto Start > Run and type following command and click on OK button.

notepad or command box 
C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts
enter

2. A new Notepad window will open with lot text. Scroll down to the last line and add following code in the end.

127.0.0.1 orkut.com
127.0.0.1 myspace.com
127.0.0.1 facebook.com

3. Save the notepad file by going to File > Save. Now try to open either of Orkut, MySpace or Facebook – they wont open on your computer. Similarly, you can block any website on the computer.


Unblock Orkut, MySpace, Facebook websites
Open Notepad file as explained in 
step 1 and delete above added code. Click File > Save and previously blocked websites should open fine on the computer.
